The Villa Averoff, a 19th century historic property, for rent on the Greek island of Evia, one of the most beautiful and unspoilt regions of Greece, a two hour drive from Athens.

Surrounded by verdant mountains, close to a beach that is part of Greek Mythology, the villa consists of two traditional mansions, each one with its own character and charm, with wonderful terraced gardens and a crystal-clear swimming pool.

Each house accommodates min. 6 persons; you can rent them separately or rent the entire property.

Whether you want to relax in a refined atmosphere, or just visit one of the most beautiful and unspoilt regions of Greece, the Villa Averoff is an ideal place for your weekends and vacations as it offers its guests a unique experience.

The Villa complex consists of two large traditional mansions and three smaller buildings, these dated from the beginning of the 19 century. The buildings are set in terraced gardens were one can sit in lovely shady corners. Also there are the inviting crystal-clear of a swimming pool, added ten years ago.
