The "Ela" House is situated in the center of Govedarzi. Its amenities include 4 south-looking double rooms with balconies. Two extra beds can be provided in each room upon request. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower and a toilet. The house is centrally heated. There is a tavern with a fireplace seating 30 people. It offers local specialties and other dishes typical for the Bulgarian cuisine as well as short orders, grilled meat and homemade pastries.

There is also a doctor on call 24 hours a day to deal with emergencies. A ski instructor, ski equipment and transport to and from the ski run are provided for beginner skiers.
The courtyard of the house is cosily arranged with a barbecue and flowerbeds all over.

There is a well-lit car park.
