Holiday Village "Iva" is located at the shore of the picturesque Dospat Dam Lake in the wonderful Rhodopy Mountain. The village itself occupies an area of 10 000 sq.meters at about 1200 meters height above the sea level. "Iva" comprises a monolithic building ( concrete-brick structure) with 1 flat and 8 well appointed rooms. Each of them has a lavatory with shower, some are complete with a kitchen, refrigerator, stove.
Besides, Holiday Village "Iva" offers 11 bungalows, well designed and appointed from functional point of view. The bungalows vary in architectural configuration and could meet a wide range of personal tastes, requirements and preferences. Each of them has a balcony and the complex itself is within the range of a satellite TV link.
Holiday Village "Iva" is a symbol of environmentally friendly and comfortable atmosphere in which people of all ages could spend their leisure time in harmony with nature.
Spending holidays in "Iva" could enable tourists to organize excursions or picnics in the Rhodopi Mountain, known as the mountain of the mythic hero Orpheus. Peak Beslet ( 1938 m.) is an interesting place to climb, which offers a wonderful view over the Dospat Plain , the Dospat Dam Lake and a large part of the Pirin Mountain. Peak Kaialitski ( 1748 m.) and the Kaialitski Rocks Phenomenon could be of interest to tourists , as well. Peak Malka Siutka-Goliama Siutka-Chernovrah ( 2186 m.) provides a bird's eye view over this part of the Rhodopi Mountain, the Batak Dam Lake, a part of the Upper Thracian Plain, or to the West - Rila Mountain with Peak Musala, and to South West - the Pirin Mountain. Tourists could enjoy the the rout from Sarnitsa through Peak Garvanya ( 1716 m.) to the Liunguri Area and the Shiroka Poliana Dam Lake. Or they could choose a 18 klm rout along the shore of the Dospat Dam Lake from Sarnitsa to Dospat.
Holiday Village "Iva" has a restaurant, daily opened from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Holidaymakers could order there local dishes, cooked on ecologically friendly products, as well as culinary specialties and various drinks. Besides, it is possible on request to organize parties or celebrations in the restaurant.
Most of the rooms or bungalows of Holiday Village "Iva" have kitchens, equipped with cookware , so that holidaymakers themselves could prepare various dishes .
Besides, there are fireplaces, constructed in the space between the bungalows, where holidaymakers could apply their skills in cooking Rhodopian roast lamb ( Cheverme), pork steaks, fish or enjoy selected drinks in the open air.
Fishing is another hobby that is widely practiced among holidaymakers in "Iva" and brings them incomparable excitement. In a boat or from the shore, anglers could catch various kinds of fishes in the fresh water: perch ( Perca fluviatilis), trout (Truttafuris), brook trout, carp (Cyrprinus carpio ), other kinds of carpfish.
Holiday Village "Iva" is an earthly paradise for hunters, located in the heart of a virgin nature. Anyone keen on hunting could find there dears, red dears, stags of a fallow deer, wild-boars , cooks of the wood, wild ducks, bears, foxes, wolves, squirrels and hares.
