Hotel "Maria" in Kiten village is situated at about 100m from the Atliman bay. This is the northern beach of the Kiten village - one of the best beaches on the Black sea. Hotel "Maria" has a maximum capacity of 130 beds and offers our guests:

- Rooms with 3 and 4 beds. Each room has a terrace and has its own bathroom with WC;
- Vast yard with natural forest, 2 alcoves and children's playground with cradles;
- Large restaurant with 80 seats;
- Coffee-bar serving hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and ice-cream;

The hotel has on disposal of our guests open guarded parking lot, fenced with 2 meters high metal fence. In this year - 2005 the doors and the windows were changed with new.

* Children up to 3 years old - FREE;
* Bedrooms with 2 beds are at the same price as bedrooms with 3 beds;
* The bedrooms are with 2, 3 and 4 beds. In the rooms with 3 beds there is a 4th additional bed with a mattress and if using it the price is 70% of the announced.
