Each of the vacation houses has area of about 150 square meters and comprises a sitting room section with a kitchen, a dining corner and a recreation corner in an inglenook. The two bedrooms of 25 square meters each, with closets, are upstairs. The bedrooms open into balconies bathing in the sun and overlooking the sea. Each bedroom has its own bathroom; one of them is with a bath, and the other with a shower. There is also a guest waterloo. The furnishing aims at luxury and nevertheless the interior design follows the ultimate objective of style, comfort and coziness where each detail has been made with love to the last touch.

The house has a wide day tract on two stories with separate places for eating and rest time. The renaissance interior design and the large fireplace as well, made of natural materials, create a special feeling of coziness and romance. The living room has an enormous buried in greenery and flowers terrace, with incredible sea view. The bedroom is situated on the same story as the living room. There is also another bedroom on the first level. Both bedrooms have luxurious furniture, air conditioning and separate bathrooms with WC.

House Zephyr
The house has two stories. The first one is a wide day tract with separate places for eating and rest time, a massive walnut kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, and a WC. The living room has an enormous buried in greenery and flowers terrace, with unforgettable sea view. The spacious bedrooms on the second floor have a sea view and are luxuriously furnished and air – conditioned. The bathroom and the WC are separate on this story. The winter garden with beautiful plants is also located on this level.

House Izabella
The house has two stories. The first floor is a wide day tract with separate places for eating and rest time, a massive oak kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and a WC. The large fireplace made of natural materials, is an impressive element of the interior design. The living room has an enormous buried in greenery and flowers terrace, with unforgettable sea view. The spacious bedrooms on the second floor are luxurious furnished and air – conditioned. One of them has a sea view and the other one a garden view. The bathroom and the WC are separate on this story.
