Villa JENI is situated in Banya village which is at the foot of Stara Planina ( Old Mountain ) where the mountain descends to the coast of the Black Sea . The village is located on the main road E87 – on 50 km. from each of the biggest Black sea cities – Varna and Bourgas, 18km. from the sea resort Sunny Beach and there are 25km. to the museum town Nesebar.

Banya is a picturesque and charming village far from the noise and strenuous life. The combination of marine and mountainous climate makes it an attractive and preferable place for summer holiday. Only five minutes away is Irakly – a 5km. long beach with fine sand which offers to you excellent conditions for rest. Because of its quietness and the rich nature the beach is also known as Robinzon Cruzo .

Villa JENI is a newly build two-storey house (year 2004) which offers to its guests a luxurious atmosphere. At your disposal there are swimming pool, barbeque, garden and sport facilities (table-tennis, volleyball). The villa is located 150m. above the sea level and there is a beautiful panorama facing the sea and the mountain. It’s suitable for care-free family holiday. There is a person all the time, who you can ask for assistance.

The swimming-pool is 8m.long with depth from 1,20m. to 1,60m. You can regulate the temperature of the water. It’s lit by the sun all day long and there are chaise-lounge available. Next to the swimming pool is the barbeque with all modern conveniences – table, TV,music.

On the first floor there is a spacious living room with panorama windows, Italian furniture, a big TV, DVD and video, a satellite. At your disposal there also is a dinning room; fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, mineral water machine…); and a bathroom.

On second floor there are three rooms: One bedroom with private bathroom, hanging closet, bibliotheca, TV and a terrace with picturesque view facing the sea. The second bedroom is with TV and a terrace and there is a children room. The two rooms are jointing one bathroom.

There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

Extra services:

At your desire you can rent a jeep, car or moped. There is an opportunity for an outing and fishing with motor boat (6 seats) which is equipped with sonar, GPS and radio.
