Situated above the village of Lesidren, at the footsteps of Balkan mountain in the region of Troyan at 490m above the sea level, the Creative complex of the Bulgarian film artists provides excellent opportunities for recreation, as well as for workshops, seminars, conferences, etc.
Being at a distance of 130km from Sofia, in the central part of the country, makes it easily accessible from most the big towns in Bulgaria.

The pure air, far from industrial centers, the silence and the nature of one of the most beautiful areas of our country make the place particularly attractive for recreation and tourism.
In a distance of 4km from the complex is the "Sopot" dam lake-a challenge for the fishermen.
The exceptional monument of Bulgarian architecture-the Monastery of Troyan is at just 45km from here.

The hotel part of the complex has two large apartments, comprised by a separate sitting room, cabinet and a bedroom, eight small apartments, comprised by a sitting room connected with a bedroom and twenty two-beds rooms. All premises have a TV-set, radio, sanitary unit and telephone. Local central heating. A built-in garage for 8-10 cars.
The luxury cinema hall has 75 places and can be used for film projections, as well as for lectures, presentations, conferences, seminars, etc.

The restaurant with two levels and a fireplace can offer you cozy atmosphere and origional Bulgarian dishes and the bar with a winter and summer part can satisfy even the most pretentious taste.
This part is separated from the hotel in order to avoid the conflict between the people who like to have a rest and those who like to have fun.
