Mladenovi House is situated on a small, quiet street, 60 meters from the center of the New Town of Sozopol. We are equally close to the two main beaches, the Central Beach and the Harmani Beach.

All rooms have a balcony and a private bathroom, and are equipped with a coffee maker, cable TV, and a refrigerator. Most rooms and all apartments have air conditioning. Wired or wireless internet is available. We are striving to be as "green" as possible, with most of our hot water produced in the sun panels on our roof. In our green yard (literally, see picture below) you will find a peaceful, shady, and breezy escape from the heat of summer. Our terrace on the roof offers a 180 degree view of the sea above the buildings. In the green patio you can find a quiet and cool spot for relaxation.
