The guest house is in the southeast part of Chernomoretz resort, giving you a magnificent panoramic sight of the sea, St. Ivan Island and the town of Sozopol. The four-storeyed guest house provides eight double rooms (16-20sq.m) and three apartments and has two separate entrances. All the rooms have balconies facing the sea.
The Guest House is close to four restaurants, numerous cafes, bars, groceries, as well as a swimming - pool, fitness centre, and you have the opportunity to hire bicycles and mopeds. There is a first-aid post and pharmacies in Chernomoretz resort. A beautiful orthodox church stands in the centre of the resort.
The tourists enjoy three sandy beaches: Central, Chernomoretz camping and "Gradina" camping /Garden camping/ located relatively to 600, 150 and 900 meters from the Guest House. For lovers of solitude small bays among picturesque rocks there are small hidden places in Chernomoretz where the tourists can bathe and sunbathe far from curious eyes
