1. General description

The Complex “Three Houses” is situated in the small and quiet village “Beli Osam” in the Middle of the Balkan. The Place is well known with its beautiful and wild Nature, silent atmosphere, and mineral springs, walk paths and offeres the best possibilities for family holiday. The Complex “Three Houses” has three separate Houses (je 75 m2) with Veranda from where you can enjoy the beautiful Panorama of the Balkan, 30 m2 BBQ (Gazebo) and very spacious yard with greenery. The houses are build in the typical Bulgarian style from the outside and from the inside are well appointed with 2 Rooms, Bath, Kitchen, TV, Heating system, Camin(fireplace). The „Complex „Three houses” is a good destination for Family Holiday. The maximum capacity of each house in the Complex is 5 Persons.

2. Place and entertainment possibilities

The Complex “Three Houses” is located 10 km south from the Troyan town. In the entrance of the town is situated one of the well known Roman castles (Sorsa, a small Roman town, founded in the middle of the II century and existed until the end of the V century), in Centrum(the Centre)of the city is “The museum of folk crafts and applied arts”, opened in 1968 which displays a selection from its rich collections of traditional and contemporary folk art. (Crafts, Ceramic, Woodwork, Wrought metal, Textiles). The main historical and cultural monument of the region, located 10 km away of Troyan,is the third greatest monastery ‘Troyan monastery” build in XIV century. West of the town, not far than 5 km from the complex “Three houses ”,are the two holiday villages’ (Chiflik and Shipkovo) ,famous with their thermal springs and mineral swimming pools. The temperature of the mineral water is 32 degrees and the swimming pools are open during the whole year.
The Balkan mountain in the surround of the Coplex ”Three Houses” offers different places and possibilities of ski – run, mountaineering, mountain – climbing like:
• Beklemeto – is 1300 m above sea – level, 20 km away from the complex “Three Houses” offers wonderful conditions for winter tourism, there is 3 ski – tracks, 2 drags and the best track for biathlon and ski – run in Bulgaria.
• Kozya Stena and Ushite – are picturesque trails in the mountain, leading to interesting sites and objects. Forests are here comprise ash – tree, beech, oak and hornbeam. The edelweiss is to be found in the area of Kozya Stena.
• Touristic center “Aidushko sborishte” –- in the Central Balkan, 8 km from the complex “Three Houses” offers different possibilities for sport like Paintball, mountaineering, climbing, конна езда-horse riding;

3. Catering

In the good settle kitchen of the houses and barbeque you have the possibilities to cook a dish yourself or to offer the staff of the complex “Three houses” to prepare typical Bulgarian dishes like backed lamb, grill and beans.

The price per house for one night for 2 Persons –BGN 80; The price per house for one night for more than 4 Persons - BGN120; The price per house for one night for more than 6 Persons – BGN 180.
