The house was completely renovated between 2001 and 2003. It is run by ‘Boikinov- Nikolay Boikinov’ sole proprietor. The company was registered in 1992 and since then, it has been developing as a restaurant and catering business. In 2003 it was enlarged as a hotel and catering business.

The area is suitable for relaxation, tourism, hiking, mountain sports, cycling or visiting architectural and historical landmarks such as ‘Bozhentsi’ architectural reserve, ‘Etura’ ethnographic museum, Dryanovski and Sokolski monasteries etc. There is a marked path from Donchevtsi to ‘Bozhentsi’ architectural reserve. It is 4, 5 km. long.

The pine forests in the region and the freshness of the mountain air are suitable for people who suffer respiratory diseases.
There is an open swimming pool nearby.
